Health professionals can access our Referrals
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program provides exercise and education for clients who have experienced a cardiac episode.
It is an eight week program conducted by a multi-disciplinary team to help clients to reach their goals.
Admission Criteria
A doctor or other health professional's referral is preferred but self-referrals are accepted.
Availability
The program is available at Wonthaggi Hospital and Phillip Island Community Hospital.
